Your consumer rights

Concrete Mould Company Canada is a trading division of Caruso Consulting Co Ltd. Nothing in these terms removes a consumer right, refund, warranty or liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

Product use

Use moulds and tools for their intended purpose. Follow the concrete supplier’s mixing, handling and curing instructions and use suitable protective equipment. A mould determines shape; it does not certify the load capacity of a path, driveway or structural installation. Site preparation, concrete mix, depth, reinforcement and curing all affect the finished work.

Limitations

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect losses caused by misuse, failure to follow instructions or circumstances outside our reasonable control. This does not exclude responsibility for our own conduct where the law makes us responsible. We do not impose a fixed monetary cap on non-excludable consumer remedies.

Orders and remedies

If an item is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or not received, contact the team. The returns policy and shipping policy explain how we handle these issues. Stopping use of a product does not replace a remedy available under applicable law.

Third-party claims and website information

To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for claims arising from your unlawful use of the website or intentional misuse of a product. This does not make you responsible for losses caused by our own actions where the law provides otherwise. We aim to keep information accurate; let us know about an error so we can investigate. Independent third-party content is outside our control.
